GF Pizza Bases

GF Pizza Base Ingredients You’ll Need

To get started, you will need:

1 cup

Gluten-Free Self Raising/Self Rising Flour

1 cup

Greek Yoghurt

Pizza sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice

If you only have GF all purpose flour on hand, you can always just add 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder.

How To Make GF Pizza Bases With Only 2 Ingredients

Step 1: Preheat your oven (or air fryer) and combine your Greek Yoghurt and Gluten-Free Self-Raising Flour together to form a ball – you may need to play around and add a little more flour if your mix is too wet, however normally equal parts of each ingredient work best.

Step 2: There is no waiting around for rising, simply divide your dough into equal 8 parts:

Step 3: Roll, or flatten into 8 mini pizza rounds (I use the bottom of this glass):

Step 4: Line a baking tray with baking paper and add your pizza sauce and toppings. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and pizzas are golden brown.

If you aren’t in a hurry, these mini pizzas also make a great baking activity with the kids, as they love choosing their own sauces, toppings and patterns! I’m more a BBQ pizza sauce person myself 🙂
