1cupGluten-Free Self Raising/Self Rising Flour*
1cupGreek Yoghurt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180β/360β.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl, combine the flour and yoghurt together to make a dough ball.
Divide the dough mixture into 8 portions and roll or press into pizza rounds.
Add your pizza sauce, and desired toppings.
Bake the pizzas for 15-17 minutes, or until they have turned golden brown.
Rest on the tray for a few minutes, before transferring to a cooling rack. These can be eaten warm, or cold.
Notes
*If you only have gluten-free all purpose flour on hand, you can simply add 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder to create self-raising/self rising flour.
