2 Ingredient Gluten-Free Pizza Base

Looking for a quick and easy way to make mini gluten-free pizza bases? This 2-ingredient recipe is just what you need! It’s as simple as it sounds, and perfect for lunch-boxes and busy days when you want something tasty that everyone can customize.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Self Raising/Self Rising Flour*
  • 1 cup Greek Yoghurt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180℃/360℉.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour and yoghurt together to make a dough ball.
  • Divide the dough mixture into 8 portions and roll or press into pizza rounds.
  • Add your pizza sauce, and desired toppings.
  • Bake the pizzas for 15-17 minutes, or until they have turned golden brown.
  • Rest on the tray for a few minutes, before transferring to a cooling rack. These can be eaten warm, or cold.

Notes

*If you only have gluten-free all purpose flour on hand, you can simply add 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder to create self-raising/self rising flour.
