Instructions

Preheat oven to 180℃/360℉.
▢
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
▢
In a large bowl, combine the flour and yoghurt together to make a dough ball.
▢
Divide the dough mixture into 8 portions and roll or press into pizza rounds.
▢
Add your pizza sauce, and desired toppings.
▢
Bake the pizzas for 15-17 minutes, or until they have turned golden brown.
▢
Rest on the tray for a few minutes, before transferring to a cooling rack. These can be eaten warm, or cold.

*
If you only have gluten-free all purpose flour on hand, you can simply add 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder to create self-raising/self rising flour.
