Ingredients 

  • 4 x 47 gram Snickers Bars, plus extra for optional topping
  • 90 grams butter
  • 3 cups Gluten Free Puffed Rice Cereal
  • 250 grams Milk chocolate

Instructions

  • Step 1: Line a 20x20cm (8x8 inch) square slice pan with baking paper.
  • Step 2: In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the chopped Snickers bars and butter together. Stir regularly until smooth and well combined.
  • Step 3: Remove from heat. Stir in the puffed rice until every piece is well coated.
  • Step 4: Press the mixture into the prepared pan, using the back of a spoon or spatula to smooth and flatten the top.
  • Step 5: Melt the chocolate in the microwave in short bursts (stirring in between) or using a double boiler. Pour over the slice and spread evenly.
  • Step 6: Top with extra sliced Snickers if desired. Place the pan in the fridge for 1–2 hours or until set.
  • Step 7: Once firm, slice into squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
