Gluten-Free Pizza Scrolls

These gluten-free pizza scrolls are quick and super easy to make, using the 2 ingredient dough, and whatever toppings you have on hand. Delicious warm or cold, and perfect for lunchboxes - no boring sandwiches here!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Gluten-free self-raising(self-rising) flour Allow a little extra for rolling out
  • 1 cup Greek Yoghurt (natural)
  • Pizza sauce (check it's gluten-free!)
  • 1 cup Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Ham

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180℃/350℉ and line a baking tray.
  • Mix the gluten-free flour and yoghurt together in a bowl. Knead together to make a ball (add in a dusting of flour slowly if your mixture is too wet).
  • Once it comes together in a ball, you're ready to sprinkle some flour on your clean surface, and roll the dough into a rough rectangle shape.
  • Add your pizza sauce, your desired topping and shredded cheese.
  • Roll up the dough to create a long roll/log shape. Cut into desired widths and place on your lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, until golden.
