Allow a little extra for rolling out

Greek Yoghurt (natural)

Pizza sauce
(check it's gluten-free!)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180℃/350℉ and line a baking tray.
▢
Mix the gluten-free flour and yoghurt together in a bowl. Knead together to make a ball (add in a dusting of flour slowly if your mixture is too wet).

Once it comes together in a ball, you're ready to sprinkle some flour on your clean surface, and roll the dough into a rough rectangle shape.
▢
Add your pizza sauce, your desired topping and shredded cheese.
▢
Roll up the dough to create a long roll/log shape. Cut into desired widths and place on your lined baking tray.
▢
Bake for 18-20 minutes, until golden.
