  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 slices gluten-free bread, preferably stale
  • butter, for frying

Instructions

  • Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in a shallow dish.
  • Dip bread slices in the mixture, coating both sides.
