Gluten-Free Donut Holes (Air Fryer)
No resting, rising, proofing, or vats of hot oil required. With just 6 simple ingredients and an air-fryer, and you too can create these delicious warm, gluten-free donut holes in no time at all.

Preheat air fryer to 180℃/360℉.
Combine 1½ cups Gluten-Free Self-Raising, 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yoghurt, 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract and Pinch of salt until the dough just comes together.
Lightly flour your work surface, and knead the dough together until smooth.
Section the dough up, and roll approximately 20 tablespoon-sized balls of dough.
Spray your air fryer with cooking spray, and add the donut balls, then lightly spray the balls too. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Whilst cooking, set up two small bowls side by side – one with the melted 50 grams Butter, and the other with the combined ½ cup White Granulated Sugar and 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon .
As soon as the donut balls are removed from the air fryer, and still warm, you can begin dunking in the butter, then coating them in the cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!
