Ingredients 

  • Tbsp (18 g) chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp (14 g) smoked paprika
  • 2 Tbsp (12 g) ground cumin
  • 2 Tbsp (18 g) garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp (18 g) onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp (4 g) dried oregano
  • 2 tsp (4 g) ground coriander, optional
  • 2 tsp (12 g) salt
  • 1 tsp (2 g) black pepper
  • ½ tsp (1 g) cayenne pepper, optional

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  • Store in a sealed jar in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
  • To Use: 2 tablespoons = 1 packet. Cook with 1 lb (450g) of meat or veggies, adding a splash of water and a drizzle of oil if you’d like it saucy.
