Easy 4 Ingredient Guacamole - Kid Friendly!

This easy and delicious Guacamole recipe is naturally gluten-free, healthy and allows the texture and flavour to be suited to even the fussiest eaters.

Ingredients 

  • 3 Avocados
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Tomato, finely diced or cherry tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Cut the avocados, remove the pit, and scrape the flesh into a medium sized bowl. 
  • Squeeze the lime juice immediately onto the avocado (this helps to prevent browning).
  • Mash the avocado flesh with a fork, until desired consistency.
  • Add in the salt and diced tomato, and mash all together. All done!
  • Either serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until required.

Notes

  • There are many additions that can be made to 'upgrade' this guacamole based on taste, texture and required use. For example, you may want to add:
    • pepper,
    • red chilli,
    • red pepper flakes,
    • garlic,
    • lemon juice.
