Cut the avocados, remove the pit, and scrape the flesh into a medium sized bowl.
Squeeze the lime juice immediately onto the avocado (this helps to prevent browning).
Mash the avocado flesh with a fork, until desired consistency.
Add in the salt and diced tomato, and mash all together. All done!
Either serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until required.
- There are many additions that can be made to 'upgrade' this guacamole based on taste, texture and required use. For example, you may want to add:

- red chilli,
- red pepper flakes,
- garlic,
- lemon juice.
