Juice of 1 lime

Tomato,
finely diced
or cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Cut the avocados, remove the pit, and scrape the flesh into a medium sized bowl.
▢
Squeeze the lime juice immediately onto the avocado (this helps to prevent browning).
▢
Mash the avocado flesh with a fork, until desired consistency.
▢
Add in the salt and diced tomato, and mash all together. All done!
▢
Either serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until required.
Notes
There are many additions that can be made to 'upgrade' this guacamole based on taste, texture and required use. For example, you may want to add:
pepper,
red chilli,
red pepper flakes,
garlic,
lemon juice.
