This is not a trick, nor a typo. You really only need a gluten-free boxed cake mix, and canned fruit, to make this delicious, moist gluten-free cake. It stays fresh for days because of the fruit!

Instructions
Preheat oven to 175°C/350°F.
Grease a 9 inch x 13 inch (or similar) baking pan.
In a large bowl, add both of the cake ingredients. Mix until batter is smooth (if you don't want fruit lumps in your cake, you will need to use an electric mixer of some kind).
Pour the cake batter into prepared cake pan. Bake for about 35 minutes or until cake is slightly golden on top.
If you are wanting to add icing/frosting to the cake, you can once the cake is completely cooled. However, the cake is also delicious served with cream or ice-cream for afternoon tea or dessert.
